    Workday Integration:

    • Excellent in Workday Studio coding skill.
    • Must have knowledge in EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Report Module, Business Process and Transactions flow, Security Configurations.
    • Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards).

    Overview:

    The role of a Workday Integration Specialist is crucial to our organization as it involves integrating Workday with various other systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

    The Specialist will play a key role in maintaining, developing, and optimizing Workday integrations to meet the business needs.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop Workday integrations including EIB and Core Connectors.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
    • Implement and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio and relevant technologies.
    • Create and update technical documentation for the integration processes and architecture.
    • Participate in integration testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
    • Monitor integration processes to ensure data accuracy and system performance.
    • Work closely with the HRIS team to support Workday system upgrades and enhancements.
    • Configure and optimize APIs, web services, and ETL processes for seamless data exchange.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure data integrity and security standards are met.
    • Provide technical expertise and support for Workday integration projects.
    • Stay updated with Workday integration updates and best practices.
    • Participate in the evaluation and selection of integration tools and technologies.
    • Conduct training sessions for endusers on Workday integration capabilities.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for Workday integration processes.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
    • Workday Integration Certification is highly preferred.
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing Workday integrations.
    • Strong understanding of Workday EIB, Core Connectors, and related technologies.
    • Proficiency in developing and maintaining integrations using Workday Studio and related tools.
    • Experience with SOAP/REST APIs, XML, ETL, and integration middleware.
    • Solid understanding of HRIS processes, data structures, and security protocols.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • Capability to work effectively in a collaborative, teamoriented environment.
    • Knowledge of SQL and database management is a plus.
    • Experience with Workday HCM modules is advantageous.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
    • Adaptability to evolving technology and business requirements.
