• Partner closely with Sales Executives as a product technical expert to support, drive and close sales opportunities.
• Deliver platform demonstrations and indepth presentations to customers and participate in trade shows, vendors shows and technical/promotional seminars.
• Gather and share competitive market intelligence and drive continuous product development in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Product Management.
• Support our expansion into multimodal data, providing customer solutions across Genomics, Radiomics, Proteomics, Metabolomics, and Transcriptomics

• Previous industry experience in commercial technical support role linked to Genomics, including Technical Specialist, Subject Matter Expert, Field Application Specialist or Clinical Application Consultant.
• Bachelors or higher degree in a relevant scientific field such as Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or similar.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex scientific concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and scientific advancements.
