Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Executive.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our products or services.

As a part-time employee, you will have flexible working hours and be expected to work approximately 20-28 hours per week.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:
Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed assigned targets.

Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients through various channels such as online platforms, networking events, referrals, and cold calling.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs, provide product information, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Product Promotion:

Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of our products or services to potential customers, with a focus on meeting their specific requirements.


Sales Presentations:
Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations, both in-person and remotely, to individuals or groups.

Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, respond to objections, and close sales deals.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and sales pipelines, using CRM software or other designated tools.


Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of any issues.


Continuous Learning:
Continuously update your knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques to enhance your sales effectiveness.


Requirements:


Vehicle:
Two-Wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.

Previous Sales Experience:

Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.

Relationship Building:
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust and mutual understanding.

Self-Motivation:
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively to achieve sales goals.

Adaptability:
Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and product offerings.

Results-Driven:
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Availability:
Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time working hours, including evenings and weekends if required.


Benefits:


  • Salary will be paid on commission basis per sales (approximately around 10k15k per month).
  • Health insurance will be provided.
  • If performance is exceptional, will be on boarded as a permanent employee of the organization.

₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
