- Schedule interviews and meetings, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers across various locations and time zones including India, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom.
- Coordinate candidate onboarding from offer accept to their start date, initiating and monitoring post-offer checks, clearing candidates to start, and keeping them engaged and informed throughout the process
- Provide Tier 1 support for applicant tracking system questions and troubleshooting, educating the business and driving utilization of our resource sites and training materials
- Shared support of Recruiting inbox, responding to requests and questions from internal and external customers quickly and accurately
- Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and process efficiencies
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation to ensure compliance and business continuity
- Make travel arrangements for candidates as needed
- Provide additional administrative support, such as posting jobs to third party websites, employee referral tracking, entering purchase requests and new vendor requests

- Previous experience scheduling panel interviews across various locations and time zones
- Experience working in web-based applicant tracking systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth technology company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
