Shall have a front-facing role in a team

Responsible for assisting the Engagement Manager in the planning and execution of projects, guiding Analysts and actively participating in client management
Will lead the team for field studies, data collection and interpretation, sampling and consultations with the client and other stakeholders
Responsible for report development, presentation to the client
Will assist in identifying opportunities in the market in CSR space and development of concept notes, proposals

Responsible for internal project management procedures and risk processes

QUALIFICATIONS
MBA/ Masters in a field related to Development Studies, Social Work, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Rural Development from a premier college
