    Overview:

    The role of aTelecaller is essential to our organization as they are the firstpoint of contact for our customers. They are responsible for makingoutbound calls to potential and existing customers providinginformation about products or services and persuading them to makea purchase or donation. Telecallers play a crucial role in drivingsales and maintaining customersatisfaction.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Make outbound callsto potential and existing customers
    • Provideinformation about products orservices
    • Influence customers to make a purchaseor donation
    • Keep accurate records of calls madeand outcomes
    • Handle customer inquiries andcomplaints
    • Meet and exceed salestargets
