Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies for healthcare professionals in the US.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to inform and improve recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, requirements, and interview questions.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment.
Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and other events to attract top talent.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience as
Lead US Healthcare Recruiter with a focus on leadership roles.

Strong knowledge of the
US healthcare system, including current trends and challenges.
Hands on experience with
Medefis Portal
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.

Salary:
₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
