- Conduct research on customer disputes for various card transactions
- Communicate with merchants and customers to gather information
- Manage the chargeback process and other aspects of dispute resolution
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Identify and mitigate fraud risks
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 0-3 years' experience in Banking/Dispute Investigations
- Attention to detail and risk management skills
- Knowledge of Banking Industry & Regulatory Environment
- Proficiency in credit and debit card processes
- Experience with card network systems and workflow tools
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
