Description

Patient/attendant counselling regarding document requirements and cost estimate at the time of admission.

Coordinating with doctors & nurses to coordinate outsourced investigations and super-specialist referrals.

Monitor correct execution of medication charts, doctors orders etc.

Ensure correct and complete documentation in IPD by doctors and nurses.

Typing discharge summaries, making discharge files and ensuring timely discharge of patients from the hospital.

Other day-to-day patient/admin-related activities Good Communication Skills Hospital Experience required.
