As the Financial Analysis professional in our Corporate & Investment Banking, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm


Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and business reviews that provide clear, impactful explanations of operating results and variances based on relevant business drivers, and help ensure expense goals are achieved
  • Assist in the production of the monthly Operating Reviews which provide senior management with detailed information on monthly financials, trends and business outlook to assist in key business decisions
  • Produce executive presentations, analysis and supporting materials for key internal clients including senior management; participate and support adhoc special projects and requests as needed
  • Participate in the global annual planning process for expenses and headcount involves financial modeling, coordinating and consolidating submissions from FM teams
  • Develop, consolidate and present insightful and robust financial analysis including annual budget, quarterly/monthly forecast variances
  • Build models for forecasting and adhoc analysis leveraging large data sets
  • Drive process improvement to enhance reporting and gain efficiencies. Capable of completing reporting and analytics accurately under pressure and tight deadlines

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Chartered Accountant / MBA in finance with at least 812 years of working experience in financial planning, forecasting and variance/ trend analysis will be preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Team Management, Leadership and Stakeholder management
  • Strong technical, analytical and modeling skills, including Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in Paragon, Alteryx, Tableau, SAP would be an added advantage
  • Excellent multitasking/prioritizing skills and ready to deliver under a challenging environment

  • Ability to navigate multiple data sets and synthesize into cohesive presentation and recommendations
  • Detail oriented individual with the ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Team oriented, inquisitive, critical thinker who anticipates questions from internal clients and senior management
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues, desire to learn quickly, be flexible and think strategically
