Looking for an Executive Assistant for a CEO who is managing two businesses, a tech-startup and a manufacturing company.A lot needs to be done at any point, and looking to recruit an employee who is great with task management especially with follow ups and coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up meetings, organizing calendars for the CEO. Assisting him with the preparation for these meetings.
- Coordinating with the employees of the group companies and clearing out the deliverables.
- Create, schedule and edit the To-Do List of the CEO.
- Dealing with third party vendors and getting work done.
Work Experience.
- Three to five years work experience in being an executive assistant / secretary to top management is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent Follow Up skills
- Quick decision maker, meticulous, and managing quick tasks.
- Very comfortable in using a computer/smartphone, MS Excel and the internet
- Excellent English (speaking) & Tamil (speaking). Knowledge of Hindi (spoken) is a bonus.
Job Types:

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
