Job brief
We are looking for a Sales Officer Experience in area of Sales, Marketing project accomplishment in pre-engineered building and power plant & structure. Seeking a challenging middle management assignment as Sr. Manager (Sales, Marketing & PMC) in a reputed firm in the PEB Industry
Possess rich project execution and commissioning experience in steel plants,,PEB projects, warehouse power plants for total plant machinery, including the outsourcing work Assembly section and project section work
Knowledge of heavy equipment fabrication erection like cement mills, trim piping, pressure parts, star columns Structure, Shed structure, thermal power plant structure and pressure parts& piping.
Research potential vendors

Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

Track orders and ensure timely delivery

Review quality of purchased products
-
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
-
Prepare reports on Sales, including cost analyses
-
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
-
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Requirements and skills**
Proven work experience as a Sales Officer, or Sales sr. executive role
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)

Hands-on experience with Sales software (e.g. Procurify or Spend Map)

Understanding of supply chain procedures

Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses

Negotiation skills
-
BSc / B.tech/Mechanical Logistics, contraction, civil work, Business Administration or relevant field
-
Should be experience in building material /fabrication /Steel industries /Contraction /per-engineered Buildings, and PEB Solution comprising Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply steel buildings.
