Role Description:


The role and responsibilities include:

  • Challenge Requirement Capture Documents and proposed Acceptance Criteria for Testability
  • Document and lead upskilling of cross regional teams in writing Acceptance Criteria as part of the Business Requirements gathering
  • Build Operations Test Cases and Scenarios for Payments Regulation Operations for Critical Regulatory Reports
  • Create and Maintain Generic Requirements Traceability Matrix to Test Cases and Scenarios
  • Recommend best practices in improving User Acceptance Testing cycle for Operations, face off to Technology team to challenge User Acceptance Testing ready changes
  • Work with Technology to automate Ops Test Case and Scenario creation. Work with Technology to automate Ops Test Execution and Results checking
  • Recommend enhancements for business rules and business flow logic, ensure that any additional test cases are incorporated in the automated test suite.
Skills Required

  • Demonstrate handon experience in more than one of the following Waterfall and Agile Best Practices across both Operations and Technology: Business Requirements Gathering, Requirements Validation, Writing Business Requirements Documents, Writing Acceptance Criteria, User Acceptance Testing
  • Demonstrate understanding of Waterfall and Agile Best Practices (Confluence, Jira, Scrum) across both Operations and Technology
  • Practical indepth knowledge of JIRA, Alteryx and Signavio
  • Knowledge of payment products and related regulatory landscape.
  • Developing policies, procedures, performance outcomes and standards that are aligned to meet all regulatory and controls standards.
