We are looking for an experienced and skilled
Tandoor Stuff Comi 1 with 6-7 years of experience to join our team at a well-known restaurant in Kolkata.

As a Tandoor Stuff Comi 1, you will be responsible for preparing tandoori dishes and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Prepare tandoori dishes according to recipes and standards

Manage and maintain the tandoor oven

Assist with food preparation and plating as needed

Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Train and supervise junior kitchen staff as needed


Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tandoor Stuff Comi 1

Excellent knowledge of tandoor cooking techniques and Indian cuisine

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Good communication and leadership skills

Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods of time


Salary:

The base salary for this position is ₹16,000-18,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

The job is located in Kolkata.
