  • Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
  • Resolving queries and issues related to the requirement and services.
  • Maintaining the database of the Institution on a regular basis.
  • Must have IQ Level.
  • Able to understand the issues.
  • Make sure to deliver good result.
    Telecaller Requirements
  • Minimum Graduate from UGC Recognised University.
  • Computer MS Office basic knowledge.
  • Good Communication skills.
