Responsibilities:

The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.

Insert customer's data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits

Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry

Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output

Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents and great attention to detail

Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations

Ensuring the timely delivery as per the client's requirements

Respond to queries for information and access relevant files

Comply with data integrity and security policies

Competencies required for this role:

Working knowledge of office equipments and computer hardwares and peripheral devices and address any malfunctions

Good typing skills and excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Google Docs, MS Office Word & Excel etc.)

Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills

Any graduation degree or equivalent, Preferably having 1 to 2 years of Clerical or Data Operator experience, Freshers can also apply

Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently

Willingness to learn and work on new things

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

Good analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
