Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts using Selenium and other relevant testing tools.

Design and execute automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.

Collaborate with the development team to identify, document, and reproduce software defects, and track them through resolution.

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure software stability and adherence to specifications.

Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Monitor and analyze test results, identify patterns, and provide detailed reports on defects and test coverage.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle.

Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in QA and software testing.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer, with a strong focus on Selenium.

Extensive experience in developing and executing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver.

Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Strong knowledge of programming languages, such as Java or Python, for test script development.

Proficiency in using testing frameworks and tools, such as TestNG or JUnit, and CI/CD platforms like Jenkins.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools like Jira.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
