Job Responsibility:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To receive and greet patients and visitors and make them comfortable especially anxious and distressed patients.
- Assist new patients with their visit and in filling up documents/details
- Manage phone calls, answer inquiries and help with appropriate resolutions to patients over calls and inclinic
- Ensure availability of treatment needed for the patient and file and retrieve patient records as required
- Help patient understand the value of treatment and its importance to them to live a pain free life
- Explain the tariff/rate of the respective procedures/treatment/investigations to patients in detail
- Make appropriate and timely scheduled appointments of patients and coordinate the doctor's availability
- To follow up with patients about their appointments as well as conducting regular followup phone calls/messages
- Maintaining patient records, handling billing/payment records, confidentiality, and maintaining financial records
- Managing petty cash expenses, clinic inventory, and equipment by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and receiving orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, and scheduling equipment service and repairs.
- Building rapport and longterm relationship with the patients during and post the treatment for ongoing care and maintenance of recovery
- Ensuring a joyous and collaborative work culture by working well with all the other team members within the clinic as well as the corporate office
Previous work experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer/client facing roles (Front desk, Sales, Guest Relations etc.)
Skills and competencies:
Excellent Communication Skills in English and Fluency in local languages (Hindi/English)
Empathetic and a good listener
Excellent at time management and coordination
Ability to positively influence and convince
Ability to multi-task and manage the front desk professionally
Flexible and takes ownership/accountability for tasks and responsibilities
Absolute team player
Qualifications & Expertise:
Any HSC/Graduate
Hands on experience in MS Office Applications (especially Microsoft Excel)
Ability to work on internal patient management software/app
Work timing & days:
Monday to Saturday
Shift 1: 7.30am to 3.30pm
Shift 2: 10.00am to 6.00pm
Shift 3: 12.00pm to 8.00pm
Flexible to work in any of the mentioned shifts as decided by the workforce management team
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
