Responsibilities:


  • Inventory Management & Cargo Scheduling:
  • Ensure adherence to contractual terms & conditions with supplier (LNG,CBM & RLNG), terminal and transporter
  • Coordinate with Terminal & Sites to analyze demand & supply for making Annual Delivery Plan
  • Coordinate with supplier, terminal, plant and minimize penalties i.e. take or pay, use or pay etc.
  • Manage day to day contingencies and ensure steady supply of Gas to sites as per agreed supply plan with sites
  • Maintain Pricing, Operations database, Daily offtake plan monitoring & provide periodical price & supply updates
  • Manage fuel mix planning for supply of LNG/CBM/etc. to RIL captive plants
  • Inventory management to ensure uninterrupted supply to RIL Captive Plants
  • Resolve queries from RIL captive plants through effective coordination
  • Handle Emergencies & Exigencies
  • Maintain Daily records for easy retrieval in future for reference
  • Generate MIS
  • Pipeline Transportation:
  • Handle Gas Transportation Framework Agreements for RIL captive plants
  • Supervise Gas Transportation business operation activities on Day to Day basis
  • Ensure timely delivery of nominations to upstream and downstream operators & reconcile Nominations and Allocations
  • Supervise tracking of penal charges for gas transportation for RIL captive plants
  • Ensure timely execution of Gas Transportation contractual arrangements for uninterrupted supply of gas to RIL captive plants
  • Coordinate for Force Majeure claims, commercial matters, regulatory issues, operational issues etc. for RIL captive plants
  • Ensure timely coordination with upstream and downstream operators to ensure their readiness of supply and deliveries of nominated Gas quantity
  • Daily Gas flow Plan finalization and timely communication to all the stakeholders
  • Ensure timely arrangement of payment securities for Gas Transportation
  • Ensure allocation of gas quantities for RIL captive plants at all the pipeline entry and exit points in line with agreed allocation methodology
  • Ensure Gas quantity reconciliation and validation of invoices for RIL captive plants on fortnightly basis and take up for resolution of the same

Education Requirement:

Degree in engineering / science / operations / business management


Experience Requirement:

Experience in operations, preferably majority in trading operations

  • 23 years for Operator with overall exp of 5 years
  • Preference for experience of working / interacting with supply planning or refinery for at least 1 2 years

Skills & Competencies:


  • Knowledge of Gas/Gas Transportation industry
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Possess good analytical ability, interpersonal & communication skills
  • Should be able to perform cross functional coordination
  • Perform as a Team Player
