    We are Looking For Investment Sales Associate

    Location: Changanacherry, Kottayam, K K Road, Pala, Pathanamthitta, Thiruvalla

    Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Sales, Marketing, Banking, or Fresher with a passion for sales

    • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is mandatory
    • Salary: Per month
    • Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
    • Working Days: 6 days a week

    Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Financial Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, BPO, or banking, and hold a bachelor's degree. As a Financial Consultant, you will play a vital role in new client acquisition and cross-selling financial products.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and Approach Potential Clients: Proactively identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base
    • Understand Clients' Financial Goals: Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and aspirations. Provide personalized strategies to help them achieve financial objectives
    • Market Analysis and Financial Advice: Analyze market trends and financial indicators to offer sound financial advice to clients
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ensure their financial objectives are met and provide continuous support as needed
    • Sales Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed established sales goals for the assigned market. Tailor solutions to meet individual client needs while adhering to pertinent policies and regulations
    • Travel Requirement: Up to 70% travel

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good understanding of financial products and services
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
    • Results-oriented and target-driven
