Job Specification

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Jr. officer to set up, maintain and operate machinery. You'll ensure the interminable and efficient running of production.
Is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.
Onthejob training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve.
Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with coworkers.
The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.

Job Responsibilities

To attend and resolve breakdown maintenance both electrical & mechanical.
Responsible for preventive maintenance work & its planning.
Must have fault finding and rectification ability automation line.
Machine observation after setting done.
To be working withinstallation engineers.
Handling of both online & offline mechanical work.
New machine installation & overall electrical setup.
Troubleshooting work related to PLC/Drives/Servo System/Scada.
Daily meeting discussion about plan, production, manpower, machine maintenance & material availability with team.
Monitoring & Compare previous & present day production for analysis of short production if any.
