Role Summary


EZ Works is a suite of Business Support Services that has disrupted the traditional marketplace through innovation and use of advanced technology to modernize the age-old workflows and processes.

We are looking at hiring an Operation Associate with the primary responsibility of handling the multistage delivery process.

  • 1. Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and set delivery expectations (mostly
  • Manage the multistage delivery process by working with our network of 1000+ service experts across
  • Assure quality of English language deliverables (sometimes including proofreading)
  • Enhance documents (in MS Word and PowerPoint)

Requirements:

1. 0-2 year of experience

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS-Office
  • Preferred location Gurgaon

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sector 62, Gurgaon, Gurgaon , Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
