Description

Outbound Calls:

Making outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients with the goal of generating leads, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets.


Customer Engagement:

Engaging in conversations with customers to understand their needs, answer their inquiries, and provide relevant information about the products or services being offered.


Sales and Lead Generation:

Actively selling products or services over the phone, persuading customers to make a purchase, and generating new leads for the sales team.

Following up with leads and nurturing them through the sales pipeline.

Product Knowledge:
Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages. Effectively communicating this information to potential customers to build interest and drive sales.

Script Adherence:
Following provided scripts or guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in conveying key messages during calls. Tailoring scripts as necessary to address individual customer needs and objections.

Database Management:
Maintaining and updating customer databases or CRM systems with accurate and relevant information obtained during calls. Recording call outcomes, customer preferences, and any additional notes or follow-up requirements.

Objection Handling:
Addressing customer objections, concerns, or hesitations in a professional and persuasive manner. Providing suitable solutions or alternative options to overcome objections and close sales.

Relationship Building:
Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues promptly.

Performance Tracking:

Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue goals.

Tracking personal performance metrics and reporting them to supervisors or management.

Continuous Learning:
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Actively participating in training sessions or workshops to enhance sales skills and stay informed about new products or services.


Salary:
₹8, ₹10,500.00 per month
