Job description
- Checking property papers and make legal reports for affordable and rural housing finance files
- Vetting of original property documents
- Followup on litigation matters and provide regular feedback to management
- Conduct regular training of branch teams on legal document requirements
- Provide legal MIS to management on monthly basis
- 02 year work experience in legal department of Affordable Housing Finance Company/ NBFC
- Excellent knowledge of rural property documents in Rajasthan.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Graduate degree in Law.
Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
