IT Telecaller is work from home also we will provide you training, related to our company.

As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.

You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the IT Software product or service provided by our company.

In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.

you have to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to persuade customers to purchase companies' products and services.

you have to also generate leads for outside sales teams, manage customer accounts, and promptly resolve customer complaints.


Responsibilities:

• 1.Answering phones and explaining the IT product and services offered by our company.
• Contacting existing clients as well as prospective clients using scripts.
• Obtaining client information and other relevant data.
• Asking questions to the clients and understanding their specifications.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
• Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
• Taking and processing IT Software product orders in a professional manner.
• Maintaining the database of the clients on a regular basis in your spreadsheet/Excel sheet given by the company.

Application Question(s):

• 2 years of experience in the IT sector as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer in IT sector/professional certification sales and digital marketing will be an advantage.
• Proper Knowledge of software, Angular, Native Android app, iOS app, Python, Website development, and Application Development and WordPress, Bootstrap, HTML, JS, and CSS other.
• Are you Comfortable with lead generation?
