You will work in a small, highly collaborative team with our top clients in Europe in an offshore mode from our development center in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
Generate New Business:
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, challenges, and goals of prospective clients.
- Engage in consultative selling by presenting software solutions tailored to the client's specific requirements.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to achieve sales targets.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and key stakeholders through regular communication and followups.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with expert advice on our software solutions and their potential benefits.
- Continuously engage with existing clients to upsell and crosssell software products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Qualify leads and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the value of our software solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and tailor software proposals to align with their business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, addressing any concerns or objections raised by clients.
- Effectively close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and position our software solutions effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify potential market segments and target industries for software sales campaigns.
- Provide feedback to the presales teams regarding customer needs, competitor activities, and product enhancements.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to provide insights on performance, achievements, and challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in software sales or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
- Indepth knowledge of software products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Selfmotivated, targetdriven, and resultsoriented with a high level of resilience.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
