The role would require knowledge and experience working in financial services, banking or insurance or any similar industry and testing of the deals with compliant of various policies and SOP (standard operating procedure) of Operational Risk_
Role and Responsibilities:_
1. Control Testing_

- _Testing deals compliant to the policies and Guidelines_
- _Overall responsibility for maintaining Quality and timelines of process delivery_
- _Over time, gain understanding of Control Testing Function including upstream and downstream implications and become a SME in QA_
- _In-depth interpretation of instructions related to reports & recommendations and to work on streamlining tasks to Improve Efficiency in new processes or process improvements in the existing activities_
- _Intra process communication and standard methodologies sharing_

Customer:
_

- _Ability to connect with Customer, Leadership & business._
- _Collaborate with customer's leadership, ensure adherence to SLAs & able to balance clients independently_
- _Able to detail the operational definition in discussion with customers, maintain the most current SOP_
- _Building communication plans for the customers_

Interpersonal Responsibilities:
_

- _Take responsibility for providing and maintaining internal process metrics and tracking key deliverables._
- _Update SOPs as and when required_
- _Preparation of dashboard and report the Key Highlights to the partners._
- _Carry out Adhoc projects as and when it needed_

Qualification_

- _Should have a Bachelor's degree or higher_
- _Should be ready to work in Night shift._
- _Good communication skills-written and oral_
- _Basic Knowledge on Excel, Power point, Word_
