Summary:
Weare seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented QA/QC Manager tooversee all aspects of quality assurance and quality control forour FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) products. You will beresponsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest qualitystandards comply with all regulatory requirements and contribute tocontinuous improvement processes.
KeyResponsibilities:
Develop implement and maintain acomprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance withrelevant standards (e.g. ISO 22000 HACCP).Lead the QA/QC team in conductinginspections audits like BRC USFDA HALAL KOSHER etc. and analyses ofraw materials inprocess products and finishedgoods. Manage andmaintain quality control documentation including control chartstest reports and nonconformance reports.
Identify and investigate quality issuesimplement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure theireffectiveness.
Collaborate with R&D Production andother departments to ensure product quality throughout themanufacturing process.
Stay up to date on industry regulations andstandards and ensure compliance through training andimplementation.
Conduct risk assessments and developmitigation plans to minimize quality risks.
Oversee the calibration and maintenance oftesting equipment.
Develop and deliver quality awarenesstraining to staff.
Prepare and manage QA/QCbudgets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in science Engineering ora related field (preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA/QCrole within the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of Quality Managementprinciples and practices (e.g. Six Sigma LeanManufacturing).Proven ability to lead and develop ateam. Excellentcommunication interpersonal and problemsolvingskills. Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite and quality control software(desirable).Experience with relevant regulatoryrequirements (a plus).
