    Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Staffing Sales

    Experience: 2 to 10 Years

    Location: Bangalore

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Job Brief

    One of our esteemed clients is in search of a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the team. The primary responsibility of the BD Manager - Staffing Sales will include identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering customized staffing solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identifying and targeting potential clients in various industries who require both general contractual/temporary staffing services.
    • In-depth knowledge of the staffing contractual/temporary to provide valuable insights to clients.
    • Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions aligned with their business goals.
    • Leveraging your understanding of the decision-making processes within client organizations to tailor your approach effectively.
    • Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and securing new business.
    • Providing regular market feedback and analysis to refine our staffing service offerings, ensuring we remain competitive and responsive to industry trends.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on client acquisition, market knowledge, and contractual/temporary staffing.
    • Proven track record of successful client acquisition and revenue generation in both general contractual/temporary staffing.
    • Extensive knowledge of the staffing market.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Familiarity with the decision-making processes within client organizations.

    Additional Requirements

    • Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
    • A self-motivated individual with a proactive and strategic approach to business development.
