    Position - Business Development Manager

    Location - ITPL, Whitefield

    Experience- 8+ Years.

    Education Qualification: Diploma/ BE/ MTech in Mechanical / MBA - Marketing or Equivalent

    Job description:

    • At-Least 8+ years of relevant working experience as Business Development Manager in Engineering Sales.
    • Good experience in handling Tier-1 Clients in Staffing domain
    • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
    • Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
    • Experience in managing the Sales Lifecycle, prospecting, cold calling, and selling to close deals.
    • Experience in all Lead Generation activities, E-Mail Marketing, LinkedIn Search and Client References.
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
    • Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
