Full Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, information's to top management to get approval for bidding.
- Knowledge in assessing the pre-qualification requirements and supporting the tendering team for Bid/No Bid decision.
- Identifying alternate product solutions, current trend of prices and market analysis along with exploring new quality vendors
- Identifying risks and opportunities in the icing at tender submission , milestones, payment terms, defects liability period, special conditions, taxes & fees, etc.
- Identifying risks and opportunities in the proposal pricing at tender submission stage.
- Coordinating with internal / external departments for preparation of project construction plans & schedules, staffs, manpower & equipment deployments, organization charts and infrastructure requirements.
- Maintain updated list of product pricing for use by BD team / Project team/ O&M Team for any products/equipment's/projects
- Prepare and Co-ordinate tenders, review of bids from multiple EPC contractors for
- Conformity to contract requirements and determine acceptable bids
- Site investigation, analyzing logistics plan and materials source nearby.
- Preparing tender review information in order to ensure methodology, pricing and margin contingency are adequately adhered to.
- Work in collaboration with different functional teams like design, execution, and quality
- Ensure proper documentation.
- Negotiation of contracts.
- Preparing of technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirement
- Co-ordination with legal counsels.
- Knowledge of Indian Taxation system.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree and above in Electrical Engineering/ Any Greduate
- Understanding the tender requirements in energy sector for Solar Rooftop & Ground Mounted/O&M/CIVIL/NHAI/ELECTRICAL TRANSMISSION SECTOR
- Strong commercial acumen/ financial planning and costing
- Knowledge of handling import documentation/ Indian Taxation system
Other skills that we are looking for:
- Ability to meet deadlines set by the Management.
- Willingness to work as a team in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in both English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project.
Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- METODA, Rajkot , Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
