Create automations on linux systems
Backups
Storage monitoring and troubleshooting
Resource usage monitoring and creating alerting dashboards
Maintain Linux systems
Patch management
Updates & upgrades
Installing monitoring agents
L1 support
Create appropriate tickets
Setup notifications
IT support
Support IT specialists with sub tasks for internal users

What Are We Looking For:

We are looking for someone with 12 years of relevant experience
Experience in L1 support
Internal IT Support Experience
Zeal to work in a fastpaced start up
Fast learner
Good communication
