Overview:

The Telecaller plays a crucial role in our organization by being the firstpoint of contact for our potential customers. They are responsiblefor making outbound calls to prospective leads with the goal ofgenerating sales and providing exceptional customerservice.

KeyResponsibilities:

Make outgoing callsto potential customers
Explain products orservices and answer questions from potentialcustomers
Maintain a polite and professionaldemeanor at all times
Keep accurate anddetailed records of calls made andoutcomes
Follow up on initialcontacts
Manage and update customer databaseswith the status of each customer
Meet weeklyand monthly sales targets
Handle customercomplaints or objectionseffectively
Collaborate with the sales team toensure potential leads are properly workedon
Stay updated on product knowledge and themarket trends
Provide feedback and input oncalling scripts and strategies
Adhere to allcompany policies and procedures
Conduct surveysto gather information from potentialcustomers
Provide detailed and accurateinformation to the salesteam

RequiredQualifications:

Proven workexperience as a Tele caller or similarrole
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills
Ability to handle rejection and remainpersistent
Strong sales and negotiationskills
Good knowledge of relevant computerprograms and telephone systems
Ability tomultitask prioritize and manage timeeffectively
High school diploma orequivalent
Customer serviceorientedapproach
Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment
Problemsolvingskills
Ability to work independently as well asin a team
Flexibility to work variousshifts
Understanding of the sales process anddynamics
Experience using salesforce or similarCRM
Proficiency in English andHindi
