Responsibilities:

Provide basic troubleshooting for LAN / WAN
Configuration and Troubleshooting of Ethernet switches
Manage the incident queue
Lias with ISP's and followup till closure of incident
Proactively identify gaps, risks and issues and navigates organizational structure to resolve them.
Awareness of Network Managing and Monitoring Tools
Diagnose network problems and provide fixes, workarounds

L2:

In addition to the above skills & responsibilities;

5+ years' experience required in network administration and Monitoring Services within a medium to large organisation

-
CCNA Routing and Switching Required, CCNP would be an advantage

Strong knowledge and handson experience in Layer 2, Layer 3, Switching, Routing, QoS

-
Clear understanding of Ethernet, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN
