Job:
R&D Colour Scientist (Food & Cosmetics)

Responsibilities:

Develop dispersions, surface treatment pigments and related NPD for skin care, make-up and personal care for India market to support sales.

Responsible for R&D in lab and then transfer the formula and process to production.

Communicate & coordinate internally with different affiliates' R&D Team, Production Team, QC Team and others to ensure successful launch of new products.

Communicate externally to check with different suppliers to find the right RMs to run R&D in lab and make the good new products.

Support regulatory and Quality compliances for Indian Cosmetic Industry.

Build raw material palette for lab use & inventory.

Log / Maintain data in our internal systems.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

6 years working experience in pigment or related chemical industry.

Familiar with mineral & organic pigments, different pigments dispersions system and the equipment, know the pigments dispersion whole R&D procedure

Good communication skills and good team player

Very responsible and quick response per project request and love lab R&D work

Can work independently in lab.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize with limited supervision
