You are:

Pune (Hybrid)


You will work on:

• Trigger conversations with marketing heads, business owners, and project owners to gather insight and requirements.
• Create a design brief and present it for quick validation of goals
• Brainstorm and conceptualize alternative creative visuals based on the vision, goals and needs
• Validate alternatives with business and team members
• Amend designs based on review feedback
• Preparing finished art by using necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinate with internal departments, outside agencies, art services, printers and others as necessary for the project work at hand.
• Participate in other projects beyond your own within the marketing department

You will love the role if you have:

• A degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus
• Up to 4 years of exceptional graphic design experience
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations and graphic works
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to plan and manage design projects while working methodically to meet deadlines
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Figma, InDesign Quark, iMovie, Illustrator and so on.
• Sound knowledge of photography could be a plus
