The Tele Caller will be responsible for engaging with potential donors and explaining the mission of the NGO.The Tele Caller will need to be able to explain the mission in a clear and concise manner and motivate potential donors to contribute.
- Responsibilities:_
- Make outbound calls to potential donors
- Explain the mission of the NGO and answer questions from potential donors
- Handle incoming calls from potential donors
- Record information from conversations with potential donors in a database
- Follow up with potential donors as needed
- Track donor contributions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with other fundraising efforts as needed.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or similar role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently while meeting set goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other related software programs.
Job Types:

Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 54 per week
Salary:
₹8, ₹18,000.00 per month
