Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, orders, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients and assist in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Regularly update clients on order status, production timelines, and any potential delays.
  • Maintain the sales database, ensuring accurate and uptodate client information.

Order Processing:


  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all relevant details are captured and communicated to the production team.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate any potential shortages or production delays to clients.

Communication and Customer Service:


  • Work closely with internal departments such as production, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring all parties are informed of order status and updates.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and proactively seeking solutions.

Administrative Tasks:


  • Maintain accurate and organized sales records, including order history, customer correspondence, and relevant documents.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Any graduate with 13 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with PET preform and bottle manufacturing processes is a plus.
