Logistic company is seeking for Operations Executive to provide day-to-day support to the Operations department.Duties include but are not limited to:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the import/export of shipments and related activities in accordance with customer's requests, and/or company objectives.
- Arrange cargo transportation with all applicable parties.
- Coordinate with customers, agents and vendors.
- Prepare, distribute, and/or process all required documentation including AWB, BOL's, invoices, export declarations (EEI), import documentation, as required.
- Create, and maintain detailed shipment files.
- Monitors shipments and keep all parties informed of shipment status at all times.
- Knowledge of customs regulations, and processes for timely movement of all Import freight.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to work in fast pace environment with mínimal supervision.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of apparel industry preferred.
- Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Knowledge of SAP systems preferred.
- Prior experience in Import/Export Logistics required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and orally.
Pay:
₹16, ₹19,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bodakdev, Ahmedabad , Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Operations: 3 years (required)
