Roles & Responsibilities:


Possession Management:


  • Coordinate and oversee the process of giving possession of properties to clients.
  • Ensure a smooth transition during possession handovers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Client Query Handling:


  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns related to possession.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding possession procedures and timelines.

Society Operations:


  • Supervise and manage daytoday operations within the society, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to possession and society management.

Maintenance of Society:


  • Oversee the maintenance of the society premises to ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff and contractors to address any repairs or issues promptly.

Possession-Related Activities:


  • Coordinate with various departments and teams involved in possession activities, including legal, finance, and sales teams.
  • Keep detailed records of all possessionrelated transactions and activities.

Skills:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in the real estate sector.

Software Proficiency:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of property management software is a plus.

Team Collaboration:


  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proven adership skills and the ability to motivate and guide team members.

Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
