    Description

    We are looking to hire Wealth Manager for our Wealth & Asset Management division, who would offer financial advice and services to clients that will assist them in their financial endeavor's.

    Scope of Role

    · Responsible to identify and cultivate prospects and/or client needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options.

    · Should Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities

    · Should Leverage the organization's relationship with existing clients by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives

    · Assists in the development and launching of new products

    · Ensure that the product and sales materials are always updated and focused for the applicable presentation and opportunity

    · Works closely with the PINC team members to further develop sales opportunities

    · Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization.

    Knowledge & Skills Required

    Post graduate with relevant work experience in Banking/NBFC, Investment/Wealth Management or Financial Services is preferred.

    • NISM Certification mandatory

    · Should have the ability to explain complex information, be confident, and have good sales and negotiation skills.

    · Should have superior knowledge of wealth management, good presentation skills, and an understanding of customer relations tactics.

    · Excellent Inter personal skills and ability to work across departments and ability to drive results without hierarchical reporting

    · Need to have good communication skills, be very approachable and should have the ability to maintain good rapport with Clients and all stakeholders.
