working a fast-paced D2C brand or a creative agency. A person who understands consumer behavior and loves challenges is our perfect fit.

Lead the art development effort while coordinating with various stakeholders like Marketing Manager and Product Manager.
Setup development and quality processes. Regularly monitor and improve the timeliness, productivity, and quality of deliverables.
Hiring and onboarding of new members of the team.
Provide feedback and coaching to team members through regular communication and performance appraisals to maintain a culture of highperformance energetic team.
Identify Training needs of the team and to execute the training plan to constantly enhance the skill levels of the team.
Focus on Content implementation pipeline
Schedule and manage time efficiently work with agile development leaders to plan work
Deliver assets on time to specification with a thorough and complete attention to detail
Responsible for having peer reviews to check work for accuracy and quality
Various other duties include:
Collaborate with multidisciplined teams
Follow guidelines set by management to manage / develop art assets to support business
Bring in ideas/innovations to improve the overall testing process in terms of tools, processes etc.
Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
Write and design unique and wellcrafted copy that meet brand's needs
Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
