Accounts Executive

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Knpwledge of GST Filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3, GSTR-3B, GSTCMP-08, GSTR-9 Annual Return, GSTR-9C and GSTR-4).
- Knowledge of GST Invoicing, GST compliance, GST Audits, GST input tax, GST refunds, GST disputes
- Purchase & Sales Entries, Knowledge of TDS Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
- Handling day-to-day bookkeeping, Monthly Bill payments, Maintaining voucher reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable functions.
- Monitoring and reconciling bank statements, preparing and posting journal entries.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and conducting financial analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, such as TDS and PF.
- Conducting internal audits and identifying potential risk areas.
- Interpreting financial data and providing insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime/Busy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay:
Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bhubaneshwar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (required)

- Financial accounting: 1 year (required)
