Responsibilities:

In general, the responsibility of the SME is to bridge technical communications between the client and the development team and to review content before delivery.

To achieve this, SMEs will:

Represent the team in internal and external meetings
Gather indepth understanding about the project and SLAs
Simplify technical information for the content development team
Act as the "go to" person for writers' questions and doubts
Review documents from a technical standpoint and provide suggestions
Track emerging trends in the domain and build thought leadership

What you'll need to succeed:

35 years of experience in sales or marketing of financial products
Solid conceptual clarity about traditional and emerging financial products
An ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal mediums
Confidence to lead clientfacing discussions
Patience to guide and train content developers
