Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Executive with a background in

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the company's presence on various ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, attractive visuals, and compelling product descriptions.
Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets in alignment with overall business goals.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and average order value, to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce initiatives.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior in the FMCG ecommerce sector.
Plan and implement online marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and engage with existing ones.
Work closely with digital marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for search engine optimization (SEO), payperclick (PPC) advertising, and social media campaigns.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of online orders.
Manage customer reviews and feedback on ecommerce platforms, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries and resolving any issues.
Collaborate with external partners, including thirdparty ecommerce platforms, agencies, and vendors, to optimize online operations.
Provide regular reports and insights on ecommerce performance, including sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
Stay informed about new ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an E-Commerce Executive, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and online customer behavior.
Familiarity with popular ecommerce platforms, such as Amazon, Shopify etc.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
Familiarity with FMCG industry trends and consumer preferences.
Knowledge of ecommerce regulations and best practices.
