We are seeking a skilled Automobile Showroom Host/Hostess Trainer to join our team.

As an Automobile Showroom Host/Hostess Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that help students gain knowledge and skills in customer service, sales, and automobile industry operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs on customer service, sales techniques, and automobile industry operations.
• Develop course materials such as lesson plans, presentations, case studies, and assessments.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to different learning styles.
• Evaluate Students performance and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Keep uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in the automobile industry and incorporate them into the training programs.
• Manage classroom logistics such as attendance, grading, and maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, and automobile industry operations.
• Experience in delivering training programs to host/hostesses or professionals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with automobile industry software and technology such as customer relationship management systems, inventory management systems, and sales tracking systems.
• Passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
