Roles and Responsibilities:

The Interior Architect is responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that meet the needs and preferences of clients.

This role involves translating client requirements into design concepts, developing detailed plans, selecting materials and finishes, and overseeing the implementation of the design.

The Interior Architect collaborates with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of interior design projects.

Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and budget for the interior design project.
Create design concepts and present them to clients for review and approval, incorporating their feedback and preferences.
Develop detailed interior architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and lighting layouts.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with the design concept and meet client specifications.
Prepare and present design presentations, including mood boards, material samples, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the integration of interior design with the overall building design and construction process.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and procure materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment within budget and project timelines.
Oversee the implementation of the interior design project, including site visits, construction administration, and quality control.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and innovative design techniques to bring fresh and creative ideas to projects.
