We are currently seeking a Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC press brake machines according to job specifications, including tooling selection and machine settings.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
• Program CNC press brake machines using appropriate software and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.
• Operate CNC press brake machines to bend, shape, and form metal materials to precise measurements.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, identifying any defects or discrepancies.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC press brake machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet production targets.
• Keep accurate records of production activities, including materials used, production times, and machine maintenance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in CNC machining or related field preferred.
• Proven experience operating CNC press brake machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and materials.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Ability to program CNC press brake machines and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
