Role Description

The Compliance Analyst is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru and will be responsible for managing Labour Law compliance requirements for Bizprout's clients in India. The Compliance Analyst will conduct audits and risk assessments, develop and implement policies and procedures, and communicate compliance issues to management.

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Fresh Law Graduates interested in pursuing a career in Labour law compliances
• Labour Law Compliance knowledge and experience in compliance management
• Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Auditing and risk assessment
• Experience working in a compliance or legal environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
• Willingness to travel
