Corporate Networking (Assistant Manager)


Location:

Work Time & Days: 8 hours 6 days a week

Intervention - Unnati

  • Role and Responsibilities
  • Developing and strengthening new corporate relationships.
  • Interface with facilitators | CHs | CC and provide input on corporate needs.
  • Ensuring proper agreements and documentation with corporate partners.
  • Facilitate the placement process.
  • Circulate regular vacancy lists and coordinate interview scheduling.
  • Conduct placement sessions to understand student capabilities and align them to placement.
  • Post placement student followup and mentoring.
  • Be part of sessions to understand student capabilities and align to placement.
  • Regular tracking and maintenance of placement and post placement data.
  • To collect the appointment letters or correspond to get them as soon as the interview is over.
  • To distribute appointment letters and collect acceptance letters from the students.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:


  • Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA with 3+ years of experience in corporate networking.
  • Degree in short term marketing course.
  • In depth knowledge and current news of business domain and corporate houses.

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Team player, relationship builder, assertive, approachable, selfmotivated, problem solving, ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Analytical and complex problemsolving skills

Salary:
₹45, ₹55,000.00 per month


Schedule:
